The journey of Yashoda Seeds, founded by Mr. Shankarrao Diwanji Pawade back in 1995, is one for the ages. From a modest start with 10 people and a focus on ensuring self-sustainability of families, we have grown to be one of the top agriculture companies in India, specialising in
hybrid and research seeds for all major crops, and supplying the best-quality seeds that ensure optimal harvests.

Over the years, we have constantly upgraded our processes, introduced
new seed varieties to help farmers boost farm productivity, while
maintaining food & nutritional security standards.

With a network of 65000+ growers on a cumulative 100000 acres land area
(across 15 agro-climatic zones) and 400+ acres of dedicated research
area, we are on a constant journey to deliver the very best to the
farming community.

From The Chairman’s Desk

As they say, the biggest journeys start with baby steps. The story of Yashoda seeds encapsulates this quite beautifully.
I started the Yashoda Seeds journey as a 28-year old, guided by my set
of values, principles and vision. From seed production for self-sustenance, to research and seed trading, I managed every responsibility with diligence and dynamism.
It gives me great pleasure to witness the growth of Yashoda over the
years, the journey from a small 10-member group to a 200+ team. I thank
all our stakeholders for their constant support & cooperation, and
look forward to taking the Indian farming sector progressively forward.
